Just had my carpet re-stretched today and the work was fantastic. It was done quickly, precisely, and the price was great (especially for how quickly the appointment could be made for the day we needed.) Tracy was kind and professional and friendly the entire time and worked hard. If you need any type of repair done for your carpet, these guys are definitely the way to go.

My furnace had leaked some water into my office and it took probably a week for me to realize. I called Wilson & Son and Tracy seemed so concerned about getting it aired out immediately so that I wouldn't have further damage. He made it a point to fit me into his schedule same day, left me a fan overnight and even kept all my carpet in one piece. Tracy knew exactly how to finish the last few pieces of transitional areas in our basement that were keeping us from finishing it (hardwoods to carpet). He stretched our master bedroom carpet and made it look new. He also had a much better suggestion for a water damaged corner than what I thought we needed to do and saved me a few bucks. He was polite, on time and he worked hard and worked fast. We were impressed (which seems rare these days when working with construction/repair guys) He is a true professional and clearly knows carpet.

I had a very small patch job. When I explained this to Tracy he did inform me on the phone that he had a minimum charge of $100.00 and it wasn't worth $100.00. I had no problem with this as he was honest up front. Most have a minimum....they just don't tell you until they get to you read home. He did a great job and I would hire him again in a minute. Last resort to fix some carpet in our rental to get our deposit back. Called them from Yelp, came out same day and fixed 3 spots for cheap and was efficient! If you need your carpet fixed call them!
